WORKSHOP SCHEDULE


TUNING is a gentle physical practice that combines breath, movement, attention, and visualization to invite regulation of the nervous system, and to create an open and embodied starting place for any work that follows. Designed for all experience levels and disciplines, every element of the workshop can be adapted by the individual to serve their body and their objectives. Group sessions begin with TUNING, then move into focused exploration through improvisation, creation/experiment processes, and somatic and intuitive attention practices, with opportunity for processing and community. Virtual drop-in TUNING sessions begin with an extended version of the TUNING sequence and conclude with a new experiment or approach. Starting in June, drop-ins will be open to anyone interested.

TUNING | Spring 2022 Sequence


April 2 - 23, 2022
Saturdays, 10am - 12pm MT
+ 1:1 session

The Spring 2022 virtual sequence is a four-week arc that will provide an in-depth introduction to TUNING, tools for creating, and support for internal work. Each two-hour workshop includes TUNING, space for improvisation and experiment, and opportunity for processing and community. Through group sessions and self-directed practice, participants have an opportunity to make TUNING a sustained element of their creative, intuitive, &/or wellbeing approaches. Registration fee includes a 60-minute one-on-one deepening session tailored to each individual. Particpants practice virtually from their own spaces. All experience levels and disciplines welcome. 

TUNING | Winter 2022 Sequence 


February 2 - 23, 2022
Wednesdays, 5pm - 7pm MT
+ individual session

The Winter 2022 virtual sequence is a four-week arc that will provide an in-depth introduction to TUNING, as well as tools for creating, and support for internal work. Each two-hour workshop combines TUNING, space for improvisation and experiment, and opportunity for collaboration and community. Through these group sessions, as well as self-directed practice, participants will have an opportunity to make TUNING a sustained element of their creative &/or wellbeing approaches. Sequence includes a one-on-one consultation / deepening session tailored to each individual.



TUNING | Fall 2021 Sequence


October 24 - November 14, 2021
Sundays, 10am - 12pm MT
+ optional one-on-one session

The four-week Fall 2021 sequence will work well alongside the development of an overarching creative project, or can be approached otherwise based on the needs/objectives of the participant (e.g., in support of a life change, as a weekly somatic/attention practice, to assist in grieving/growth processes). Through group somatic, improvisational, and attention practice, TUNING facilitates awareness, experiment, and opening. To deepen the experience, participants practice virtually from their own spaces, with opportunity for collaboration and community. Designed for all levels and disciplines; no writing or movement experience needed.
