community TUNING + group work
TUNING is a somatic, intuitive, creative, and spatial modality that works to support presence, ease, and relief in embodied experience through opening attention, deepening awareness and connection with and beyond the body, and encouraging making practices rooted in experiment and care.
Group TUNING incorporates gentle movement, structured breathing, and creative visualization with opportunity for reflection and generative work to invite personal inquiry, mental/emotional processing, making practice, and somatic balancing and release. Each participant is encouraged to adapt TUNING so that it serves them; no experience needed.
Upcoming workshops, events, & offerings can be found below, as well as information about custom group sessions. Please keep in touch here for TUNING-related updates.

Grief Release
01.11.2025
1 - 3pm
free
A gently guided somatic experience that will invite participants to locate grief of any form that is ready to be let go, and tend to & release that grief to make space for the new. With equal focus on the physical body & outer surroundings, this walk is an opportunity to be in deep attention alongside others while regulating the nervous system & is intended to be clearing, steadying, & uplifting for those who attend.
We’ll meet at the parking lot just before crossing the river on Curtis/Veterans Memorial (left on Stilson Road if moving north to south, then immediate right into the first parking lot), & then slowly make our way to the bridge near the wave in Garden City. We’ll move along the river on a wide, well-maintained dirt path for about a mile with stops along the way (plus another mile to return to the meeting spot). Anyone who would like to continue on to The Common Well afterward is welcome.
This event is offered free of charge thanks to support from the Alexa Rose Foundation and The Common Well; donations to Indigenous Idaho Alliance, The Community Center, and Idaho Crisis & Suicide Hotline are encouraged.

reflections from workshop participants:
The TUNING workshop reverberated within me months after its completion. After a year bogged down by depression, CL's process gave me the permission to start each day by tuning into my body and the creativity within. Healing. Regenerative. CL facilitated the virtual space in a way that invited ease, and a collectivity so hard to create over distance. I've shaped the vibrations of the workshop into my own daily practice to feel more embodied and engaged with the day-to-day stuff of living.
TUNING was exactly what I needed at exactly the right time. Because of the workshop I feel that I was able to reconnect with my body in a positive way after all the medical trauma I've been through and create space for an attention/meditation/creative practice in my life again. I know I will take the things we worked on as a group and in our 1:1 session forward into my day to day. Working with CL has contributed greatly to my healing and recovery.
custom group work
Custom group TUNING provides a unique pathway to collective listening, community-making, & creative practice through deep attention, generative approaches, and shared curiosity. A session or sequence of sessions can bring insight, clarity, & renewal to collaborative environments, assist groups in building shared frameworks & creative approaches, support organizational evolution, and grow interpersonal connection. As with 1:1 creative facilitation, custom group work can fit into a variety of contexts; I have facilitated sessions for a dance company, a group of friends celebrating a birthday, and a college class, to name a few.RATES
Group rates vary by project and are offered on a sliding scale with openness to alternative payment structures. I offer a 20-minute phone consultation to all new clients free of charge, where we can address questions, discuss objectives for our work together, and establish format and pricing.
LOCATIONS
Custom group work is currently available remotely and in the Wood River Valley. I make regular trips to Boise and Seattle, and am open to work in other locations.
