TUNING at The Common Well

Through gently guided somatic & generative practice, this session will consider the role of the body, intentionality, & repetition in grief/healing/creative processes, & invite experiment with building individual & place-based ritual. Participants can expect to move & rest their bodies in ways that work for them & to engage with writing/drawing/expression forms that resonate. Please wear comfortable clothes & socks/shoes that allow you to move, & bring a blanket, a notebook/utensils/other preferred creative tools, as well as a water bottle/anything else you might need. TCW is ADA accessible.
