1:1 TUNING is a somatic|intuitive approach that works to bring connection, balance, and relief to the body’s systems, as well as insight into present experience. Intentional breathing, subtle touch &/or gentle movement or meditative practice, creative visualization, deep listening with and beyond the body, intuitive reflection, and collaborative conversation combine to facilitate renewal through care and attention.
1:1 work varies in response to each individual, but a typical session begins with an opening conversation, then moves into a restful space of care, contemplation, and exchange. Guided breathing, gentle touch or movement/meditative practice (for remote clients & in-person clients who prefer this approach), focused attention, and creative visualization invite balance to the nervous system, facilitate somatic release, and work to bring physical, emotional, mental, and metaphysical bodies into alignment. Throughout this work, information about the client‘s present state of being gathers, as well as what actions and tools might be of assistance moving forward, and sessions culminate in a collaborative conversation, where I share intuitive insight and the client has the opportunity to ask questions and offer their own observations. Each 1:1 results in detailed notes and customized approaches for the client to carry forward with them.

RATES
Rates are offered on a sliding scale with openness to alternative payment structures.

in-person session | $130 - $170
LOCATIONS
1:1 sessions can happen in person or remotely. Locations and dates are added as they solidify.
